We were allowed to visit the “Houlgate Plein Vent”. Being a part of this pearl of the kitefestival is an honor for every kite pilot. The well-kept town on the coast of Normandy is not so easy to reach from us, but it’s worth it anyway. A varied program offered a lot for all visitors.
